Maumee Athletic Boosters The Regan Cliff Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Regan Cliff, who dedicated nearly ten years to Maumee athletics. Regan was a Maumee graduate, as were her three sons. She and her husband Craig dedicated countless hours to support the athletic programs in Maumee Schools. From being an officer in the Boosters for five years, attending athletic contests, helping establish the Panther Den, and supporting various programs in any way she could, she brought a level of passion, commitment, and spirit to Maumee sports that was unrivaled. Each year the Maumee Boosters awards a $1,000 scholarship to one senior who demonstrates the level of school spirit, passion and commitment that would make Regan proud. To be considered for this scholarship, a graduating senior must submit the following: ▪ Completed application form ▪ Completed activity form ▪ Essay of 500 words or less reacting to the following question: ▪ What does school spirit mean to you? ▪ Two letters of recommendation from any of the following: a Maumee teacher, coach, or administrator. ▪ Two letters of recommendation from two underclassmen who can express the level of school spirit exhibited by the applicant in 300 words or less. ▪ Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher |
